How does a check-in work?
Open the Gtap Checkin mobile app, tap an approved NFC tag, and confirm with your device's Face ID or fingerprint. The platform checks the location and schedule before recording attendance.
Do you store fingerprints or face scans?
No. Biometric verification happens on the student's device. Gtap Checkin stores the verification result, together with the attendance event, rather than raw biometric data.
Can we use it across multiple campuses?
Yes. Create separate sites, set their geofences, register NFC tags, and attach each class to its location. Your team manages them together in one organisation workspace.
What happens when something needs a review?
Location mismatches, schedule issues, and other exceptions can be reviewed in the dashboard. Original tap records stay intact, and reviews are linked to them for a clear history.
Does this replace our training management system?
Gtap Checkin focuses on attendance, schedules, and presence verification. Keep your existing training management system and export attendance data for reconciliation.
